The plant
Understanding its molecules and relationships
Plant sciences, phytochemistry and chemical ecology taught me to observe how a plant lives, defends itself and interacts with its environment.
A path towards the connections of life and towards oneself

My path connects an understanding of the living world with an inner exploration — towards greater listening and balance.
I first studied the plant in depth, its molecules and its relationships with its environment, before widening my view to the human being, their body, their perceptions and their interactions.
A path built over time
Each stage enriched the next and led me to look at relationships rather than isolated elements.
The plant
Plant sciences, phytochemistry and chemical ecology taught me to observe how a plant lives, defends itself and interacts with its environment.
The human being
Skin, cells, receptors, microbiomes and perceptions gradually broadened my questions towards how humans function.
The whole
Volatile compounds, organisms, our bodies and planetary balances began to form a single map of relationships.
A form emerges
In 2019, a form was beginning to emerge, though I did not yet know exactly what to call it. Through my reading, research and experiences, the links were being woven.
I then decided to set down in writing the questions, knowledge and intuitions I had accumulated. It was in the course of this work of synthesis that Sensosphere appeared: not as a theory that would explain everything, but as a way of making perceptible the network of interactions to which we belong.
A stage on my path
Essential oils hold a special place in my path, both as objects of research and as a sensory door to experience.
I made a conscious choice to train in aromaquantisme because this approach seeks to consider the plant and its oil in several dimensions. This training is part of my personal and professional path; it is not necessary for understanding the deepening offered publicly, which focuses on the personal dynamic and the choice of essential oil.
Why share this now
Today, this vision accompanies me every day. It reminds me that we have never been separate from the living world: we take part in its networks, we depend on their balance and we transform them through our choices.
Becoming aware of this place changes how we see the body, other living beings and the planet. It also invites us to examine our responsibility towards present and future generations.
That is why I am now choosing to share Sensosphere: to pass on knowledge, make the connections more perceptible and open up questions we can explore together.
My place in Sensosphere
I do not seek to offer a total answer or a model of personal development. My role is to gather scattered knowledge, make the connections within it understandable and create spaces where they can be observed, felt and questioned.
I design the Explorations, develop the materials for sharing them and nurture scientific questions that could bring other skills together. Sensosphere thus moves forward at the pace of what is possible: one experience, one encounter and one question at a time.
