What we offer
The path begins with a founding Exploration devoted to the network of life. A deepening with essential oils can then be chosen to explore, on a more personal level, the relationships between the body, mental life and emotional life.
These two offerings shed light on different levels of the same map without separating them: Sensosphere’s three levels are interdependent.
01 · Level 1 · Start here
A scientific and sensory mediation that makes perceptible the exchanges, transformations and interdependencies between living beings and their environments. It also opens up the links between this network and our body and experience, without revealing in advance how the journey unfolds.
Any olfactory experience is always offered, never imposed.
02 · Levels 2 and 3 · Going deeper
An optional offering that begins with a reading of the personal dynamic on the bodily, emotional and mental levels, followed by the formulation of a priority theme.
An essential oil is then chosen as a catalyst for awareness and as a support for individualised modulation, within a separate, non-medical framework.
One sensory thread
Their volatile nature makes perceptible part of the relationships between the plant, its environment, the air, the body and experience. They can support the level 1 Exploration and then, in the deepening, become a support for relating levels 2 and 3. They do not constitute a third offering.
